Vaping is not smoking. A fact Quebec’s National Assembly all but ignored when it passed into law Bill 44, the province’s new tobacco control legislation. Under the new law vapour products are deemed to be tobacco products and their sale and use are now restricted. But, as the regulations come into effect retailers and employees are learning of another restriction, one that is forcing them to to scrub social media accounts and company websites.
